Sunday November 2, 2008 was a momentous day in the history of Woodstock General Hospital.
The sun was shining and everyone was smiling as we celebrated the beginning of a new era of healthcare for Oxford County, at the official groundbreaking.
The Honourable George Smitherman, Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure presided over the ceremony together with local dignitaries, donors and the community at  large.
