Inpatient Rehabilitation is a specialized program that provides time-limited, intensive rehabilitative care for individuals with complex medical conditions or following stabilization of an acute medical issue.

Inpatient Rehabilitation is focused on an individual’s ability to improve function and independence in their activities of daily living (eating, dressing, walking, toileting) in order to return to a community-based setting (home, retirement home).

With a highly skilled team of medical, nursing and allied health professionals a coordinated rehabilitative plan of care will be developed based on individual and specific care needs.  As regular intensive therapy is correlated to improved independence, mobility and overall functional ability, individuals must be able to actively participate in and tolerate 2-3 hours of therapy per day.
