21st Annual Dairy Capital Run

General Rules

No Roller Blades

Baby jogging strollers are permitted and will be delegated to the back of the pack

Race Brief

Traffic

Every attempt has been made to reduce traffic however there is always a chance you may encounter a vehicle. Please remain alert!

Volunteer race marshals are strategically located throughout the race providing direction and encouragement. At heavy traffic locations,the Auxiliary Police are assisting.

Water Stations

Water is located at four spots along the race route and at the finish line. 

First Aid

Bikers equipped with First Aid kits and two way radios follow the pack of runners to assist with any minor mishaps.

Oxford County EMS and the Woodstock Fire fighters are on site in the event of  a major mishap.

5K runners and walkers stay to the right and enter the gates as you approach the finish line.

10K runners veer to the left of the gates and continue out of the park and start your second lap for 10K.

ONLY ENTER THE FINISH CHUTE ONCE....If you go back out onto the route to run in with a friend or family member that is alright but do not re-enter the finish area with them-----it interfere's with the time keepers system.

PLEASE run the race you are registered for.

Post race refreshments, fresh fruit, bagels and yogurt are available to race participants only- your race bib is required to identify you as a participant.
