For Your Safety

For your safety, all hospital staff wear identification badges with pictures.  You should not go with any person who does not have a badge.

In addition, you are given an identification bracelet.  Before placing the bracelet on your arm, you will be requested to check for correct spelling of your name and other pertinent information.  You will wear this ID bracelet for the length of your stay.  Red bracelets are used to indicate that you have a drug allergy or sensitivity.

A nursing call bell should also be at your bedside.  The staff will explain how this works.
